What We Do

Pregnant woman writing notes next to a pair of baby shoes and a sonogram print out.

Pregnancy

We offer prenatal care in our office in Odessa. We offer evidence-based, informed choice, and family-centered care where your children, family members, and partner are welcomed and encouraged to participate in appointments.

Labor and Birth

Having a baby should be a positive experience, so our main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into the world and begin bonding immediately. We offer uninterrupted skin to skin contact for the first two hours of life, in normal circumstances, delayed cord clamping, and water birth.

Postpartum and Newborn Care

Our job isn’t done once the baby is here. We stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide any support you need for recovery, healthy development, and breast-feeding. This includes several postpartum visits from two days to twelve weeks.

Wellness Care

Permian Midwifery also offers other care such as, routine screenings like pap smears, or visits for minor gynecologic health concerns. Call, text, or email us today to see if there is something we can do for you.
